CFS Brands Acquires Elite Global Solutions
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., November 28, 2022 – CFS Brands announced today it has completed the acquisition of Elite Global Solutions, a leading provider of premium melamine dinnerware, displayware, and serving products, as well as plastic drinkware and accessories to the commercial foodservice market. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Foothill Ranch, California, Elite has established its reputation as the innovator in the industry who can provide customers creative culinary and visual merchandising solutions.

CFS Brands StorPlus™ Rounds – The Next Generation of Food Storage
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., October 27, 2022 – CFS Brands’ StorPlus™ Rounds are the next generation of plastic food storage containers. First introduced in 1955, they heralded the way for commercial-grade food storage, inventorying, and handling.
Fast forward to 2022, and StorPlus™ Rounds are still the industry standard, and are available in eight sizes ranging from one to twenty-two quarts in white and translucent options.
Recent enhancements include raised and hot-stamped colored measure marks that last the life of the product and new life-sized, molded-in handles that provide a comfortable, stable grip when carrying and dispensing. In-handle drain holes allow for quicker air drying.
StorPlus Rounds are NSF 2 certified food safe and constructed of BPA free polycarbonate and polypropylene. Smooth, rounded interior bottoms prevent food waste and facilitate easy cleaning. They are easily stackable and double-seal lids protect against spills, encourage organization, and extend product freshness.

CFS Brands Announces Availability of Jofel "Valor" Dispensing Line
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., September 8, 2022 – CFS Brands announced today it will make available for sale in the United States, Canada, and Europe the Jofel "Valor" line of soap, towel, and tissue dispensers.
Alicante, Spain-based Jofel was acquired by CFS Brands in 2020 and complements the well-known San Jamar brand to offer a full range of soap, sanitizer, towel, and tissue dispensers across diverse applications.
"Patron hygiene and safety are critical requirements in a global economy still struggling to resume normalcy in a post-pandemic world," stated Andy Nemcek, sales segment leader for washroom dispensing at CFS Brands.
The Valor soap dispenser has a bulk fill capacity of 1 liter. Two sizes of the jumbo toilet tissue dispenser fit 9- or 10-inch rolls. Two towel options accommodate z-fold and roll towels. All five dispenser models are available in glossy black, matte black, and white.
"The Valor line provides the perfect trifecta of form, function, and price," added Katie Barry, CFS Brands product manager for washroom dispensing.
The Valor line is also available in Latin America under the Jofel "Smart" brand.

CFS Brands Introduces New and Improved Classic Soap Dispensers
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., September 7, 2022 – You cannot beat a classic, but CFS Brands – San Jamar just proved that you can improve on one. Introducing our streamlined Classic soap dispensers in new colors that coordinate with our Classic line of towel and tissue dispensers.
These liquid soap dispensers are impact resistant for frequent use in high-traffic areas including restrooms or back-of-the-house hand washing stations. They feature a large antimicrobial push bar to eliminate the spread of germs and viruses. Their transparent reservoirs allow soap levels to be easily monitored from a distance. The contents funnel toward the pump to minimize waste, and an optional drip tray helps keep counters and floors product- and slip-free.
Unlike other dispensers, these dispense virtually any brand of liquid and lotion hand soaps and sanitizers, and they dispense just the right amount (1mL).
“Black Pearl, Arctic Blue . . . sounds like something from a pirate movie, right? CFS Brands Innovates Upright Broom Design
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., July 21, 2022 – CFS Brands – Sparta has added exclusive new ergonomic, functionality, and sustainability features to its already popular line of commercial-grade upright brooms. CFS Brands/Sparta is committed to helping keep facilities clean, organized, and compliant.
Purchasers will be swept away by the innovative improvements made to this line of floor-cleaning products. CFS Brands/Sparta relocated the threaded openings on its upright brooms to be more ergonomically correct. The new handle placement reduces wrist discomfort and sweeping fatigue. New angled heads and a variety of broom sizes allow for greater reach into corners and tight places.
Additional ACME compatible threads were added to the broom’s handle openings to ensure a tighter, more permanent fit. The bristle base/broom caps are now manufactured using recycled materials, and their new curved block design reduces waste during the production process.

CFS Brands Introduces New Efficient Air Curtain Refrigerator Doors and Eco-Friendly Refrigerant
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., June 2, 2022 – CFS Brands – Dinex has added two operationally efficient door options to its air curtain refrigerators (ACR). The new tempered glass door increases labor and energy efficiency by eliminating the need to open the door when checking inventory. A new sliding stainless steel door makes the ACR accessible in facilities with space limitations. Both doors are available in left- and right- opening options.
Air curtain refrigerators use a horizontal and vertical air screen to keep food cold during extended operation, even when the door is open. They safely maintain food temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit for up to two hours. ACRs are ideal for healthcare foodservice operations.

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla., April 28, 2022 – Today, CFS Brands – Sparta, announced the upcoming launch of the OmniFit™ divided mop bucket that separates clean and dirty water – eliminating the cross-contamination of dirt, bacteria, and pathogens.
The divided mop bucket enables customers to clean their floors with fresh water after each wring. The dirty water bucket nests under the wringer to separate the soiled water from the sanitary cleaning solution. The200K cycle-rated wringer is compatible with select CFS Brands and competitor products. Additionally, its rounded edges and anti-splash technology reduce the risk of slips and falls, keeping staff and customers safe.
